Rikke M. Liska
Rikke Liska focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and elder law.
Rikke will visit with you about estate planning for the first time for free to discuss your situation Rikke offers hourly charge consultations in the areas of prenuptial agreements, Medicaid Long Term Care benefits planning, small estate administration and probate administration, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
Rikke grew up in Loveland, Colorado and attended Colorado State University, where she received her bachelor degree in speech communication in 2007. Rikke received her J.D. in 2011 from Arizona State University with the highest pro bono distinction. During law school, Rikke volunteered often, teaching a high school class, developing a mock trial program for the local high school, and was a founding member of the Law Journal for Social Justice. After law school, Rikke returned to Fort Collins and interned with the Honorable Judge Field and Magistrate Jostad.
Rikke is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Elder Law sections of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Trusts and Estates section of the Larimer County Bar Association. She also participates on the Larimer County Bar Association executive board. Rikke enjoys teaching and presents to attorneys and community members about various legal topics regularly.
Rikke was selected as a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers for 2019. She was honored as a 2016 Colorado Woman of Influence. Rikke is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) class of 2019.
In Rikke’s spare time she dances with Canyon Concert Ballet. She enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat.
Teresa A. Chamberlain
Legal Assistant and Office Manager
Teresa has been working with Peter W. Bullard for 25 years in the areas of wills, estates and trusts.
Teresa attended Front Range Community College Larimer County Center in Fort Collins, Colorado and received certificates in word and data processing. She has also attended several Continuing Legal Education seminars.
Teresa is an active member of the Larimer-Weld Association of Legal Support Staff (LWALSS), and has served as President, Secretary and Treasurer. Teresa is also an active member of the Colorado Association of Legal Support Staff (CALSS), and has served as Vice President.
Teresa enjoys spending time with her daughter going to movies, cooking, hiking and other outdoor activities.
Mary A. Ashworth
Mary joined the Law Offices of Peter W. Bullard in October 2013. Her role at the firm includes bookkeeping duties, as well as assisting with special projects. She has worked as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper and Paralegal at several small businesses over the past 25 years.
Mary graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. She also attended Denver Paralegal Institute, graduating with a Paralegal Certificate.
In her personal time, Mary enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, camping, gardening and motorcycle riding.
